The podcast includes updates from IESBA Chair J?rgen Holmquist and Task Force Chairs Robert Franchini and Marisa Orbea on key projects or initiatives that the IESBA deliberated at the meeting, including responding to a suspected illegal act, amendments to the definition of those charged with governance, review of Part C of the IESBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (the Code), the structure of the Code, long association of senior personnel (including partner rotation) with an audit client, and non-assurances services.
